About Me

Crystal Bradley, LCSW
NY and NJ State Licensed

Hi, I'm Crystal!

When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family, and trying to fit in movement outside.  I'm an introvert at heart, who has learned to be more outgoing, and genuinely loves connecting with other people in a meaningful way.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State and New Jersey State, with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I find it so fulfilling to help my clients reduce their emotional pain, and improve their quality of life!  I bring a person-centered, collaborative approach to the work.

I earned my BA in Psychology/Human Services from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and obtained my Master's in Social Work from Fordham University. My experience includes supporting individuals experiencing symptoms of depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety, as well as those experiencing life transitions and work-related stress.

If you believe we may be a good match, please feel free to reach out!

Psychologist Session

If you’re feeling stretched thin, you’re not alone.

Many of the people I work with are high-functioning, responsible, and deeply caring—but internally feel emotionally overloaded and exhausted from trying to manage everything at once.

This may look like:

  • Parenting children or teens who are emotionally intense or struggling

  • Supporting young adult children through transitions like college or independence

  • Caring for aging parents while managing your own family and career

  • Feeling constantly “on” with little space to recover

  • Functioning on the outside while feeling overwhelmed inside

You may find yourself thinking:

  • “I’m the one everyone relies on.”

  • “I don’t have space to fall apart.”

  • “I’m doing everything, but it still doesn’t feel like enough.”

  • “I feel guilty no matter what I do.”

  • “I’m exhausted, but I keep going.”

If this sounds familiar, therapy can be a place where you are no longer holding it all alone.

What Therapy with Me is Like

It's important that you and your therapist are a good fit.

Therapy with me is a calm, supportive space where you don’t have to hold everything together.

My style is warm, collaborative, and emotionally attuned. I help you slow things down, understand what you’re carrying, and make sense of your internal experience without judgment.

Many clients say they finally feel like they can exhale in therapy.

Together, we focus on:

  • Reducing emotional overwhelm and burnout

  • Navigating caregiving and parenting stress

  • Understanding anxiety and emotional overload

  • Setting boundaries that feel realistic (not overwhelming)

  • Supporting life transitions and identity shifts

  • Building self-compassion and emotional clarity

I work especially well with:

  • Overwhelmed mothers and caregivers

  • High-functioning women experiencing burnout or anxiety

  • Parents navigating emotionally intense children or teens

  • Parents adjusting to young adult children leaving home

  • Women balancing caregiving for both children and aging parents

  • Adults navigating ADHD traits or late diagnosis

  • People going through major life transitions while feeling emotionally stretched thin

You don’t have to keep doing this alone.

If you’re ready for a space where you can feel understood, supported, and less overwhelmed, I invite you to reach out.
